Tom commenced with the firm in 1992 and is the fifth generation to work in the family business. He is passionate about providing guests with an outstanding experience and  carefully nurtures the “customer first” culture that is synonymous with the Gilbert family.

Rob Cooper joined the firm in 1991.  Throughout that time he has accrued a large and loyal base of customers through his professional attitude and friendly nature.  Along with being General Manager he is a recognised Fleet Specialist.

Sulien has been with us since 2010 and has been awarded for sales performance in new car sales from Toyota for the past 3 years.

Peter brings a new smile to the team. With previous experience in the motoring trade, Peter offers wide knowledge and can assist you with your new vehicle needs.

Damien has been with us since 1994. Damien was involved in the achievement of the the used car excellence award for South Australia/Northern Territory metro: in 2009, 2011 and 2013.

Patricia has been with the team since 2001 and has worked in the finance sector for over 25 years.  Her vast knowledge and exceptional service has accrued a large and loyal customer base.  Patricia has been awarded 2 trips from Toyota Finance to Hong Kong and Port Douglas in recognition for her sales and service.  Also awarded the 2013 Finance Dealer of the year award.

Lisa has been with us since 1991 and has numerous experience with Adelaide Hills Toyota. Lisa has been our service advisor, sales person, RAA, Europcar manager, receptionist and now currently our go to Admin/Sales Support.

Ryan initially started work experience with us in 2002, he decided to come back for more in 2006 and has been with us ever since. Ryan has been awarded for the 2012/2013 Toyota New Vehicle Sales Society member 2012/2013 Toyota sales workaround regional finalist.

Oakley is our Guest Experience Manager and Admin Support. Working behind the scenes, Oakley helps keep our guest experience running smoothly while ensuring our admin processes stay organised and up to date.

Mark has been in the motoring industry since 1980 and started with us in 1995.

Heidi has been with us since 2013. Heidi has been awarded

• National Skills 2014 - Service Advisor Finalist.

• Service Advisor National Champion for Toyota National Skills 2015.

Chris brings a wealth of customer service and vehicle knowledge to the Adelaide Hills Toyota team in his role as Fleet Consultant with over 16 years’ experience in the Real Estate industry.

Chris strives to provide his clients paramount results each and every time and is sure to surpass your expectations!

Aiden is the Parts Manager at Adelaide Hills Toyota, overseeing parts and accessories for both internal and external customers while ensuring smooth, safe, and high-quality operations. With over 17 years in the Toyota network—including trade school, hands-on experience across multiple roles, and visits to Toyota’s Product Planning & Development division—he brings strong technical knowledge and genuine passion to the team. Aiden prides himself on creating a supportive, down-to-earth workplace, and outside of work he enjoys music, tech, gardening, anime, and spending time with his family.

Anthony has been part of our team for decades and brings exceptional experience to his role as Parts Interpreter, helping customers with accurate advice and trusted parts solutions.

Joining our Parts Department in 2025, Oscar has settled in quickly to his role as Parts Interpreter. He’s here to help customers find the exact parts they need, answer technical questions, and make the process simple, friendly, and stress-free.

We’re excited to welcome Kashmir to our team as Sales Support. She brings a bright, positive energy to the dealership and plays a key role in assisting our sales team, helping customers with enquiries, and ensuring every visit feels smooth and welcoming.

Chelsea joins us as our Receptionist, bringing a bright, friendly presence to the dealership. She assists customers as they arrive, directs enquiries, and ensures everyone feels supported and welcomed from the moment they step inside.

Joining our Service Department in 2023, Alyssa brings a cheerful, bubbly energy to her role as Service Advisor. She’s always ready with a smile and is dedicated to making every customer’s experience positive and easy.

Mitch joins our sales team, supporting our Used Cars Department and helping customers find the right vehicle with confidence.

Josh is part of our Service Department as a Service Advisor, helping customers with their servicing questions, bookings, and day-to-day support.

We welcomed Claire to the team in 2025, and she’s already known for her helpful nature and warm customer service.
In her role as Service & Parts Advisor, Claire assists with service bookings, parts requests, and ensures our guests are looked after from start to finish.

As our friendly Service Advisor, Tony is your first point of contact for all things servicing and repairs. He’ll guide you through the process, answer your questions, and make sure your vehicle is well looked after.
